Manhattan Construction Promotes Jim Cuddihee to Senior Vice President of Field Operations

DALLAS, TEXAS – Manhattan Construction Company, a top-performing national construction services firm, has announced the promotion of Jim Cuddihee to senior vice president of field operations. Cuddihee will provide executive oversight of the company’s safety and quality programs, project team performance, project management, and craft education programs. Cuddihee previously served as vice president of operations in Texas.

“As someone who worked his way up at Manhattan from an intern position in the field to head of operations, I can think of no better person to serve our project teams in this operations leadership role than Jim,” said John Reyhan, Manhattan Construction Company President. “He understands the guidance and support our project teams need to ensure our clients receive the best construction experience possible.”

Cuddihee has been a member of the Manhattan family of builders for 28 years and has built $2.9 billion in construction projects while at the Company. He has led two of Manhattan’s five OSHA partnerships to elevate trade partner communication, improve safety and health management systems, and provide comprehensive mentorship and training programs on the job site. He has led field operations for some of Manhattan’s most prominent projects, most recently Globe Life Field – home of the Texas Rangers in Arlington, Texas.

Cuddihee is dedicated to promoting education in the construction industry. He is a Construction Education Foundation board member (2007-2013) and a Collin College Construction Advisory board member (2019 to present). He is a founding board member of the ACE Mentor Program Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter and served on the board ሺ2004-2007ሻ. In 2020, Sports Business Journal named him a Design & Development Power Player. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Tulsa.
