Brittany Maki is Vice President of Capital Markets for Endeavor Real Estate Group. She is responsible for the firm’s capital raising initiatives across new fund platforms, acquisitions, and developments. She works closely with the firm’s Investment Committee, acquisitions, asset management, fund administration, investment management, investor relations, accounting, and compliance.

Relevant Experience

Prior to joining Endeavor, Brittany was Associate Director of Investor Relations at Thrive FP, a boutique private equity firm focused on multifamily acquisitions and mixed-use development in Texas and the Southwest. There she oversaw the capitalization of seven multifamily acquisitions, two funds, and one ground-up development totaling over $128 million in equity.

Brittany began her career at CapRidge Partners, where she helped launch and capitalize two value-add funds and co-investment vehicles with combined equity commitments of $260 million dollars.
