Kelly Cloud is thrilled to bring her background in Medical and Life Sciences Real Estate to the Beck-Reit Team. As Business Development for MAPP’s Life Sciences business vertical, Kelly leverages her experience and relationships to be an advocate for Life Sciences companies working to grow. Kelly began her journey in Commercial Real Estate in 2014. Prior to CRE, Kelly majored in Concrete Industry Management at Middle Tennessee State University and had a career in concrete mix design and testing. Kelly’s diverse background in real estate includes construction, development, consulting, leasing and investment sales.

Kelly is detail oriented, client forward, and driven to create strategies to maximize potential for current and future investments. Her passion is connecting people and in her spare time, Kelly enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her partner, Ryan, and dog, Darcy.

Kate Rhodes is attentive, persistent, and helpful. Eager to get the best deal possible, she is always putting her clients first. Kate became a Commercial Broker after years of working in tech as a Software Developer and Product Manager. She realized her true passion and strength was helping her clients, and decided to change course and pursue a career in Commercial Real Estate. Kate specializes in sales and tenant representation.

Kate is very active in the Austin community, and loves to give back to others through various non-profits. She graduated with her B.B.A. from Texas A&M University. Kate and her husband, Will, have a daughter and live in South Austin.
