Avison Young announced the appointment of Erin Morales as Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s Austin office. Morales has led a very successful career spanning more than two decades in brokerage services with a focus on corporate occupiers in the technology sector.

“Erin has been a force in Austin’s commercial real estate market for more than 22 years, with deep-rooted experience in strategic real estate planning,” said Juan Bueno, Avison Young principal and U.S. president. “Her dynamic leadership style and her expertise of the region’s tech industry and other fast-growing companies align perfectly with the Austin office and its growth trajectory.”

Prior to joining Avison Young, Morales served as senior vice president with CBRE.
