More than 100 million square feet of nationwide industrial building transactions were surveyed by CBRE for the study. The D-FW area had 10 of the country’s largest 2018 warehouse leases totaling more than 11 million square feet. Only southern California and the eastern Pennsylvania corridor had more major industrial transactions. CBRE found that six of the 10 largest leases in D-FW were for e-commerce and logistics firms.
