North American investors listed DFW as the second-most desirable investment market for the third year in a row, behind only Los Angeles, according to CBRE’s 2019 Americas Investor Intentions Survey. Houston tied for eighth on the list with Nashville, Tenn., and Chicago, down from fourth in 2018. Austin fell one spot from tenth in 2018 to 11th this year. It tied with Las Vegas and Toronto.
