Method Architecture Promotes Alexis Garcia to Studio Manager

Alexis Garcia has been promoted to Studio Manager in Method’s Houston office. In her new role, Alexis will be responsible for overseeing a talented team of designers managing both ground-up and tenant interiors projects for industrial, corporate interiors, and tribal clients.

“I’m so excited to be taking on this new role at Method,” said Alexis. “Since the day I started at Method, I’ve been given the space to expand my leadership skills and hone my craft as a designer. This new opportunity to lead a team is an opportunity to create this same environment of learning and growth for my team and to deliver quality work to our clients.”

Alexis Garcia has been with Method for over three years and has worked within multiple teams developing a well-rounded portfolio of work. She has worked on a variety of projects, including industrial, brewery, education, retail, and federal project types. Most recently, Alexis led the design for Galveston Bay Brewing – a 10,000 SF renovation to provide a new brewery and taproom.

“Alexis brings a passion and energy to this office that is so genuine,” said Jackie Rye, Partner and Houston Market Principal at Method Architecture. “Her technical expertise and knowledge paired with her humble approach to project management will help her excel in her new role and take our Houston office to the next level.”
