Dallas, TX – July 28, 2021 – Ridgeline Property Group (RPG) announced today that Lance Clinton has joined the company as Vice President of Development based out of Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Clinton will be a new addition to RPG’s National Development team and assist with the acquisition, development management, and leasing of assets. Lance has more than 10 years of development and design experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Ridgeline Property Group, Lance served as a Development Associate at Caddis, where he was responsible for the sourcing and development of senior living and medical office assets.
Preceding his time at Caddis, Lance was a civil engineer at Halff Associates where he designed and permitted over seven million square feet of industrial developments. “We are pleased to have Lance join our National Development team. Lance earned his Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University and B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University.
