Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, BWE Investment Sales focuses on commercial real estate properties across the country. With over five decades of collective experience on the principal and brokerage side of the business, the team has prolific experience within the multifamily sector, including disposition and acquisition of all types of apartments, including Class-A new development, traditional value-add, and Section 42 LIHTC.
“We’re proud to welcome Michael as the latest addition to our new Investment Sales group,” said David Roth, EVP of BWE Investment Sales. “Michael’s years of experience in multi-family housing and with LIHTC deals give him a unique perspective, which will prove invaluable to our team.”

“I am excited to be joining the Investment Sales group, where David Roth and his team have already created a strong foundation and hit the ground running,” said Furrow. “I look forward to being a part of both the team and Bellwether Enterprise’s growth in this area across the country.”
Furrow earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and real estate from Florida State University, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in international business from St. Mary’s University in London.
