Cushman & Wakefield Hires New Executive Director for Texas Markets

HOUSTON – March 8, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has hired Kevin Holland as Executive Director for the firm’s Texas markets. He will be based in the firm’s Houston office. Holland is joining a team of professionals, led by Todd Mills in the firm’s Austin office and including Carrie Caesar and Hunter Mills, focused on assisting clients in the disposition of office, industrial and retail properties in the greater Austin, San Antonio, and Houston markets.

With over 24 years in real estate, Holland has a diverse range of experience, including assisting clients with debt and equity, purchasing non-performing loans, acquiring properties on behalf of public REITS and disposition of properties and portfolios for private and institutional clients.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Holland worked for EDGE Realty, CBRE, Weingarten Realty and the Archon Group, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs. Over the course of his career, he has been directly involved in over $4 billion in transactions in more than 50 markets in 18 states.
