As a Vice President, Jessica Turney is bringing her commercial real estate industry experience and market expertise to Sidecar CRE clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. A core part of Sidecar CRE’s strategy is to align their clients’ real estate portfolios with their long-term company goals by connecting them with dedicated and ongoing Advisors. One of the ways they accomplish this is through hiring Advisors who not only live in the areas they serve but have personal connections with those communities.

Ms. Turney was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Business with a focus on Marketing Management from the University of Memphis., She primarily focuses on helping corporate clients find space in the DFW metroplex and has been a commercial real estate agent since 2016. She previously focused on Landlord representation where she successfully helped multiple owners increase building occupancy. She was also an area sales manager and operations manager for Regus and Hilton prior to becoming licensed.

Her services include tenant- and buyer representation for the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial real estate, market research, space need-, location- and financial analysis, site selection, and transaction- and portfolio management.
