CBRE Promotes Teri Garcia to Managing Director of Property Management for Dallas-Fort Worth

Dallas – CBRE announced that Teri Garcia has been promoted to Managing Director of Property Management in Dallas-Fort Worth, where the company has the leading market share for assets under management across all property types.

Previously a Director with CBRE Property Management (PM), Ms. Garcia now assumes overall leadership for the regional PM business and is responsible for leading a team of highly capable PM employees in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. In addition, she is responsible for setting strategic direction for the PM business and delivering differentiated outcomes for CBRE’s landlord clients in the region.

Ms. Garcia has over 25 years of property management experience in Dallas-Fort Worth, beginning her career with Trammell Crow Company in 1997 before moving to CBRE in 2004. Since then, she has been a key part of increasing CBRE’s property management market share and recruiting and retaining team personnel.
