IBI Group team has recently hired Sania Shifferd as Associate Director – Office Lead for the new Austin office. Sania has extensive experience in architecture and interior design. Her comprehensive approach includes business development, client relationship management, project management, architectural and interior design, production, and quality assurance. Her ability to design and coordinate renovation and new construction, shell and interiors, results in fully coordinated projects that integrate architecture and interiors with a unified design expression and an emphasis on quality. Sania’s expertise spans the markets of high tech, creative office, corporate office, spec office, full-service interiors, higher education, institutional, residential, renovation and due diligence, hospitality, and sustainable design. She excels in understanding and interpreting a client’s unique culture and aesthetic requirements, utilizing a strategic, collaborative approach to process development and problem-solving, informed by a lively interest in positive communication and relationship development.
