Hartman Hires Brian Baker as Central Regional Sales Director

Hartman Income REIT Management, Inc. (Hartman) a Texas-based commercial real estate sponsor, has hired Brian Baker as the Regional Sales Director for the U.S. (United States) central region. In his new position, Baker will oversee sales across Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri.

Prior to joining Hartman’s Capital Markets Group, Mr. Baker served as an associate portfolio manager at Legacy Asset Management where he managed investment portfolios upward of $150M and consulted clients on developing resilient investment portfolio strategies. Additionally, Baker held other significant positions where he gained experience selling alternative investments in Broker-Dealer, RIA, and Bank channels.

As a highly accomplished investment professional with over 20 years in the financial services industry, Baker plans to deliver value to Hartman as an external wholesaler raising capital and building new relationships with independent broker-dealers and registered investment advisors.

Baker attended Texas Tech University, earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Planning and Organizational Leadership. He also received the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation, holds his FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, and is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS). Currently, Brian is working on the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation through Northwestern University.
