Joel Friese, with 10 years of multifamily real estate experience, has been hired as Director of Asset Management with Elevate CIG. In his new role, Friese is responsible for overseeing the property management and executing the business plan for each asset successfully. Friese previously served as Vice President of Operations for Minneapolis-based 10th Floor Properties.
