As a senior associate, Colleen Lefebvre is officially bringing her personal experience and market expertise to Fort Worth and surrounding parts of the Metroplex. A core part of Sidecar CRE’s strategy is to align their clients’ real estate portfolios with their long-term company goals by connecting them with dedicated, ongoing Advisors. One of the ways they accomplish this is through hiring Advisors who not only live in the areas they serve but have personal connections with those communities. Born in Alberta, Canada, Ms. Lefebvre’s family made Texas their home when she was 11 years old. After spending some time in Norcross, Georgia earning her Associates’s Degree in Interior Design from the Professional Career Development Institute, she returned home to Fort Worth. Here, she spent six years as an entrepreneur, successfully starting, building, managing, and eventually selling her own small business. She also started a family in Burleson, Texas, where she and her children Ryder and Rylan enjoy the outdoors, sports, and traveling. Before joining Sidecar CRE in 2021, Ms. Lefebvre was a Commercial Real Estate Agent for Chieffalo Realty in Fort Worth, TX, focusing on commercial investment and income properties since 2018. Ever ambitious and client-focused, she now assists locally headquartered clients in Fort Worth and surrounding markets with their office and/or industrial needs. Her services include tenant- and buyer representation for the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial real estate, market research, space need, location- and financial analysis, site selection, and transaction- and portfolio management.
