DALLAS, April 5, 2021 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the commercial real estate services firm has hired Cynthia Cowen as a Managing Director with the firm’s Office Agency Leasing team. “Cynthia has represented some of the biggest names in real estate throughout her career, establishing herself as the kind of best-in-class professional who perfectly aligns with the Cushman & Wakefield brand,” said Matt Schendle, Executive Managing Director and Office Agency Leasing Lead. “We are excited to add her to our team and believe that her 20 years of experience and expertise will allow us to continue to go above and beyond for our clients.” Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Cowen was a Leasing Manager at the Hall Group where she leased Hall Park’s 2.5 million-square-foot campus in Frisco, Texas. Previous clients include Cousins Properties, GE, Hines, iStar Financial, Northwestern Mutual and TIAA-CREF. “I am thrilled to return to my roots at Cushman & Wakefield and to be part of such a dynamic team charged with growing Cushman’s leasing platform in North Texas,” Cowen said. Cowen is a member of The Real Estate Council, where she served as Co-Chair of the Table Sales Committee for the Giving Gala, on the Research and Development Committee, and is a 2001 graduate of the Associate Leadership Council. She is also a member of Commercial Real Estate Women, where she serves as an at large trustee on the Crew in the Community Board serves on the Dallas Crew Classic Committee and has served on the Mentoring Outreach Committee.
