Houston, TX: Bryant + Stacy Group (BSG) is pleased to announce that Corbin Janssen has joined the company as vice president, effective March 15th. “We are happy to have someone of Corbin’s experience and talent join our team,” said Will Stacy, principal at BSG. “He will be actively involved in all of BSG’s activities, with particular emphasis on the evaluation and pursuit of new industrial investment and development opportunities.” Janssen comes to BSG from CBRE in Houston where he served as vice president responsible for advising clients on financial underwriting, occupancy cost reduction strategies and lease structuring. Prior to that, he was with Collier’s International where he focused on office and industrial tenant representation, as well as building and investment acquisitions and dispositions for local, regional and global corporations. He has conducted more than 400 real estate transactions including land, industrial, office, medical and retail. Janssen is well known in the Houston real estate community and is an active member of SIOR and NAIOP. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University.
