Colliers Grows Industrial Services Group With The Addition of Zachary Taylor as Senior Vice President

Houston, April 8, 2021 – Colliers welcomes Zachary Taylor to its Houston industrial services advisors team as Senior Vice President. Colliers Houston has steadily grown its industrial roster to the largest in the region. Zack Taylor has worked with industrial users, developers, and investors on a variety of transactions over the past 9 years. Zack has negotiated over 3 million square feet of lease/sale transactions and hundreds of acres of land totaling over $200 million in transaction value. He will work closely with John Nicholson in the Colliers Logistics and Transportation Solutions Group. Zack is a native Houstonian and graduated from Stephen F.
