Carolyn Hinchey Shaw joined Stream in 2009 and now serves as Managing Partner for Stream Central Texas. Carolyn’s primary role is to provide leadership and oversee the growth and development for the San Antonio Market. Carolyn is a native San Antonio and graduate of Alamo Heights High School and since joining the San Antonio team in August of 2009, she has contributed to the closing of over 1.3 million square feet. Carolyn worked on investment sales such as Centre Plaza in May 2012, 3600 Wiseman Boulevard in April 2013, and 4300 Centerview in July 2015. In addition, she has facilitated the closing of three major Stream acquisitions such as 5109 Medical in December 2013, 8555 City Park East in June 2014 and 5711 FM 78 in February 2015. Carolyn co-lead two Stream Developments in 2015, One51 Office Centre Phase 1, a class A 101,181 square foot value office building in Westover Hills San Antonio and Lockhill Crossing, a class A 126,626 square foot 5-story office building in Far North Central San Antonio. She is currently leading two new developments, One51 Office Centre: Phase 2, a 101,401 square foot value office building in Westover Hills San Antonio and I-35 Logistics Center, a 397,600 square foot class A distribution center.
