Texas apartments offer better bang for the buck than the national average, according to a new report.
RealPage (Nasdaq: RP), a national real estate data and software provider based in Carrollton, Texas, looked at how far $1,000 per month rent goes in the five most populous Texas cities. Using data from its multifamily research arm MPF Research, RealPage found that apartments in the Lone Star State offer more space per dollar than the U.S. average.
