Several major Houston-area commercial real estate companies are partnering on a new campus for a nonprofit in north Houston.

Building New Foundations, a nonprofit co-founded by CBRE managing director Hayden Austin, has been working since 2009 to fundraise and ultimately finance the cost of building a new campus for the Good Shepherd, an organization that offers treatment and recovery facilities for boys ages seven to 17 who come from abusive families or otherwise unstable homes
