A small community near West University landed on a list of most expensive places to live.

Southside Place was named to Forbes’ “Most Expensive Suburbs Surrounding Major U.S. Cities” list. Forbes compiled the list from real estate firm Engel & Völkers’ research, which looked at communities surrounding the 10 largest major cities. Suburbs were ranked according to the nearby city’s population
