Aisha Ahmed specializes in retail sales and leasing in addition to having office, land, and industrial experience in the San Antonio MSA region. She has set an industry standard for retail site selection, shopping center sales and leasing, development consulting, due diligence reporting, expert testimony and has a trained eye for investments within the retail arena.

Prior to joining DHRP, Aisha founded and ran her own small business in downtown San Antonio and franchised her company within a short amount of time. With a thorough understanding of a small business owner, she has been instrumental in helping to assist both Landlords and Tenants in obtaining their desired real estate goals. In addition to her excellent relationship with the brokerage community at large, she has excellent organizational skills and a focused and individualized approach to each leasing assignment. Aisha brings a clear understanding of both Landlord and Tenant needs to the negotiation table. In 2022 alone, she has closed 125 transactions which include leasing strip centers to full vacancy and property flipping.

Aisha’s network consists of industry leaders, community leaders, government officials, lawyers, zoning officers, accountants, mortgage companies, banks, title companies, appraisers, utility companies and everyone in between to put together sales or develop property. This network allows her to guide her clients in finding the best location for their business or investment, determining if it is better for the user to lease a property or purchase, and in understanding the tax implications of their decision.
