Ted Rohan is promoted to Vice President, Tenant Advisory at Avison Young.

Ted Rohan specializes in office tenant representation and takes a comprehensive approach while consulting and advising clients of their real estate interests.  Before joining Avison Young, he worked within contract furniture to help companies pair physical office space with their business profile and culture to be used as a tool to attract and retain talent.  With a deep knowledge of office trends and experience with construction, architecture, and design, Mr. Rohan is able to use this unique perspective to advise commercial office tenants from startup to enterprise on how to maximize the use of their real estate, manage growth, and reduce overall cost.

A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Mr. Rohan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University.  He’s an active member of Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and Commercial Brokers Association (CBA).
