DALLAS—Taylor Black has been promoted to vice president with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman. Black works with a focus on investment sales, land sales, tenant representation and site acquisition for both retail and industrial properties.

Black ranked as a statewide Top Producer for Weitzman in 2021, based on outstanding production during the year. Leading business publication D CEO honored him with a Power Broker award, which recognizes the leading commercial real estate brokerage professionals in North Texas.

As a tenant representation specialist, Black handles site selection and market expansions for notable clients including Ashley Stewart, GNC, Jam + Toast, Benjamin Moore, Workout Anytime, Plant Power, Broken Yolk Cafe and AOSS Medical Supply.

Black is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
