Steven Crauford, P.E. Promoted to Associate Vice President

Pape-Dawson Engineers, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Steven Crauford, P.E. to Associate Vice President. Mr. Crauford will continue to focus on growing the land development team and projects within the Austin area.

Mr. Crauford joined Pape-Dawson in 2013 and has more than 20 years of experience in design and management of large master-planned communities and complex infrastructure projects. He is responsible for the master planning and design of the Kissing Tree Master Planned Community in San Marcos and the Crystal Springs development in Leander. He also provided the roadway, drainage, and utility infrastructure design for multiple other single-family, commercial, and infrastructure projects within the central Texas region. “Steven is a proven leader and civil engineer in the Austin community,” Pape-Dawson Vice President, Michael Fisher, P.E., said. “He has demonstrated, through his experience and technical skills, his capability to successfully manage and design some of the most complex projects in the central Texas region. Our team and clients benefit greatly from his leadership and technical abilities.” Throughout his career, Mr. Crauford has dedicated his time to providing mentorship to the next generation of engineers by offering valuable technical guidance and a deeper understanding of civil engineering design and applications. Outside of Pape-Dawson, he currently serves as an active member of the Greater Austin Contractors and Engineers Association. Mr. Crauford earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1998. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.
