Stephen Wise has been promoted to Vice President with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman. Wise handles retail project leasing, retail tenant representation and general brokerage. His tenant representation accounts include Culver’s, Smoothie King, Spring Creek Barbeque, Pizza Patron, Bonchon, Nestle Toll House Café and uBreakiFix. Wise is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
