AUSTIN and SAN ANTONIO, Texas, September 13, 2021 – Cushman & Wakefield announced that the commercial real estate services firm has promoted Ryan Kasten to Managing Principal of the firm’s Austin and San Antonio offices. Former Managing Principal Spencer Hayes will remain with the firm and transition to focus on his brokerage practice.

Kasten launched his real estate career at Oxford Commercial 15 years ago prior to the merger with Cushman & Wakefield in 2016. As a broker focused on Office Tenant Representation, he has completed nearly 4 million square feet of transactions including some of the largest leases, on behalf of his clients, in Austin and throughout the country.
