Robert Paine Joins NAI Partners as Senior Vice President

Veteran Office Project Leasing Executive to Enhance Firm’s Landlord Services Offering to its Clients in Austin and San Antonio

Austin, TX, June 1, 2021 – NAI Partners— the commercial real estate services business of Partners Real Estate Company—today announced that veteran Austin-based office leasing executive Robert Paine has joined the company’s Austin office as Senior Vice President of Office Project Leasing, which is part of its Landlord Services offering. “While we’ve certainly conducted plenty of business on the landlord side of the ledger in Austin and San Antonio, Robert will be our first senior-level broker focused on our OPL business in those geographies, and we are extremely excited to have him on board,” said Jim Tainter, Partner and Managing Director of NAI Partners’ Landlord Services division. “Our Landlord Services business has continued to grow by leaps and bounds, and we currently lease or manage more than 17 million sq. ft. of commercial property across all of our markets.” “Robert’s a hallmark hire to turbocharge the growth of our Office Project Leasing service line. Prior to that, he spent many years at Capridge Partners, where he was responsible for leasing and managing a portfolio of 3.5 million sq. ft. Mr. Paine has represented buildings owned by Capridge Partners, Stockbridge Capital Partners, and Walton Street Capital. Mr. Paine has served in various community leadership positions including but not limited to the board of Commercial Broker’s Association and has also had heavy involvement in the Downtown Austin Alliance.
