Investment Sales veteran becomes organization’s 26th Partner
Houston, TX, May 25, 2022 – Partners Real Estate Company (“Partners”), a top 4 largest privately held and independently owned commercial real estate firm in the state of Texas—and the holding company of commercial real estate service firm NAI Partners, and real estate investment and development platform Partners Capital—today announced it has promoted Joshua Lass-Sughrue to Partner.

Mr. Lass-Sughrue joined Partners’ Investment Sales division in 2010 and has closed more than $500 million worth of real estate transactions. His tenacious work ethic has led to him consistently rank among the company’s top producers annually, and frequently as the top investment sales broker within that cohort.

Recent significant transactions completed by Mr. Lass-Sughrue include the sale of a 13,842-sq.-ft. retail center called Sienna Point, the sale of a 341,252-sq.-ft. industrial portfolio on Greens Road in Houston, and arranging a 7,700-sq.-ft. industrial lease for Xcalibur MPH (U.S.) Inc at West Little York Trade Park.
Mr. Lass-Sughrue entered the commercial real estate industry in 2005 and quickly made a name for himself by earning his firm’s 2006 Rookie of the Year achievement award. He consistently ranks as a top performer, earning many sales awards and having been recognized as the “Best of the Best” several times by the Houston Business Journal.
