McCarthy Building Cos. has promoted Jeromy Shaw to Senior Vice President, Operations and Civil Business Unit Lead. In this new position, Shaw will lead the Civil Business Unit with a focus on clients in transportation, rail, and aviation, with support for other business units including renewables, water, and other commercial markets. Shaw previously served as Vice President of Estimating where he led teams in civil and commercial preconstruction efforts. He has been with McCarthy since 2012.
