Lincoln Property Company is proud to announce Bionca Morris has been promoted to Property Manager. The portfolio she manages has grown to over 700,000 SF of office space.

Bionca aids in the day-to-day operations under the direct supervision of the Senior Property Manager, including tenant and owner relations, lease administration, construction management, generating monthly financial reports, processing A/R, generating monthly statements, aiding in the preparation of annual budgets, meeting with vendors and contractors to obtain proposals, and conduct property inspections. Her accounting software experience includes Yardi, JD Edwards, MRI, and Skyline.

Bionca is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association and has taken several courses toward obtaining her RPA designation to advance her career in the Commercial Property Management industry.

Bionca worked closely with the team to obtain USGBC’s LEED Platinum designation on Energy Crossing II, and assists in monitoring the buildings’ performance to maintain Energy Star designations.
