Let us welcome Kristen Barker, Principal, to Edge Houston!

Prior to joining Edge, Kristen was with Wulfe & Co for twelve years as a Senior Vice President. Kristen started in the retail leasing industry in 1998 at Trammell Crow Company then moved on to AmREIT in 2005.

Kristen is responsible for tenant mix strategy, marketing plans, re-merchandising, and lease negotiations for third-party owners which have included Trigate Capital, H-E-B Real Estate, Midway, Unilev, Calpers, and Lincoln Property Trust. Kristen has also worked with several tenants on their site selection including Star Cinema Grill, State Fare Kitchen & Bar, Liberty Kitchen, Marble Slab Creamery, and Smile Doctors.

Kristen graduated with a BSBA from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Texas A&M University. She is a CCIM, an ICSC Member, and a licensed Broker in the State of Texas. She is a member of St Marks Episcopal Church and enjoys playing pickleball, wine tastings, and watching women’s soccer in her free time. Kristen is married with two college-aged daughters.
