Brooks Chapman has been promoted to Vice President at Layne Property Partners (LPP).

Brooks joined LPP in August of 2021 as a senior associate and has been heavily involved in LPP’s property acquisitions in Houston, Texas. Brooks has also been involved in LPP’s growth strategy and asset management of its current portfolio.
