Landry Commercial Adds Lyle Patman as Vice President

DALLAS (September 22, 2020) – Landry Commercial Real Estate Services (Landry Commercial), a full-service commercial real estate company offering brokerage services for office, industrial, retail and land, today announced the hiring of Lyle Patman to its team. As vice president, Patman will represent tenants and buyers while growing Landry Commercial’s land division, a priority for the company as it works to expand deeper into Dallas and other in-demand markets. “Our goal is to actively advance all of our divisions and Lyle is the perfect addition to our team,” said Brant Landry, president of Landry Commercial. “In the next few years, we hope to add nearly a dozen real estate professionals to our rapidly growing company.” Prior to joining Landry Commercial, Patman served as Vice President of Partners National Real Estate Group where he worked with corporate clients on a national and local level with a specific focus in representing office tenants and buyers. He brings strong analytical and market knowledge through his specialization and experience in the assistance of complex lease negotiations, financial and strategic consulting, economic analyses, relocations, and preparation for disposition. “I’m excited for the opportunity to work with this upbeat, talented group at Landry Commercial.
