Jeremy Reed serves as Commercial Closing Attorney and Senior Vice President of National Commercial Services.

Prior to joining MBL Title, Jeremy worked for Stewart Title Guaranty Company. He worked five years as a claims attorney followed by nine years as a commercial escrow officer and Associate Senior Underwriter with nationwide underwriting authority. Jeremy underwrote and closed over $12 billion in national transactions for all customer types (from institutional to local developers) and all property types.

Jeremy was also the lead underwriter and primary source of direction for transactions handled by Stewart’s Dallas Commercial Service office. His notable projects include: $700 million 50 site national hotel credit facility, $250 million 35 site office building refinance, $216 million 3 site multifamily construction project, $150 million multifamily development, $126 million office building, $115 million 3 site industrial acquisition. He regularly handles high liability projects like these across the county.

Jeremy received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002. He graduated with his J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2005. Jeremy is a member of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Section.

Jeremy can draw on his breadth of experience to assist customers on transactions of any size or complexity. Customers appreciate his ability to navigate the transaction process with them to get deals closed efficiently and timely.

Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. When kids’ activities aren’t keeping them busy, you will likely find them at the lake or if it’s a Thursday night Jeremy’s probably playing softball.
