HPI Real Estate Announces Cynthia Powell is named President after fulfilling the role of COO for 15 years. She has overseen growth within HPI in finances, staffing, operations, and property management. This promotion reflects HPI’s appreciation and recognition for her years of accomplishments. Cynthia’s responsibilities will be directly overseeing the management division and driving business development including client and asset acquisitions. In this role she will continue to oversee HPI company operations and corporate finance. Prior to joining HPI, Cynthia earned her CPA working in public accounting. She also earned her MBA while working at Dell in various accounting, finance and investor relations roles. She started her career as Manager of Gallery of Homes Real Estate in Austin overseeing leasing, sales and management. HPI is a full-service commercial real estate firm with over 20M+ SF of office, industrial, retail, multifamily, senior living, and self-storage product nationally.
