Main Street Commercial Partners has officially launched as a new Texas-based commercial real estate brokerage and development firm with focus areas in commercial mixed-use, urban infill and suburban shadow grocery.

Founded by partners Scott Gardner, Neal Wade and Anderson Smith, Main Street has a combined 65-plus years of experience in the CRE sector among its five employees – the other two being brokers Brett Levinson and Connor Lynch. Among its core services, the firm, which is located at 520 Post Oak Blvd. Suite 380 in Houston, specializes in tenant representation, development, project leasing and acquisition.
