November 23, 2022 (Houston, TX)—Hartman Income REIT Management, Inc. (Hartman), a Texas-based commercial real estate owner and operator, has hired Alan Vieyra as Vice President of Retail Leasing. Vieyra, previously an office and retail leasing representative for the firm, will oversee sixteen retail properties across Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio, compromising 1.8 million square feet.

Prior to joining Hartman, Vieyra served in a landlord representation role for MIMCO Properties, where he was responsible for leasing a portfolio of approximately three million square feet of retail space located in Central and South Texas. Additionally, Vieyra held the position of senior associate at Foresite Commercial Properties.

Vieyra’s educational background includes his attendance at The University of Houston. Additionally, Vieyra holds his professional commercial real estate license in the state of Texas and is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
