Hartman Income REIT Management Inc. (Hartman), sponsor of non-traded real estate investment trusts, announced the promotion of Gian Craparo to Executive Vice President and National Sales Director. Gian will lead the retail distribution team and act as the head of national accounts. “Gian has demonstrated the qualities and characteristics of an effective leader for some time, and we are confident that he will continue to execute on our company’s vision as he steps into his new role.” Shared Al Hartman, CEO, President and Chairman of the Board. Prior to his promotion, Gian served as Managing Director of the Eastern Division at Hartman. Before joining Hartman, Gian served as Vice President of Sales at Resource Securities after starting as an Internal Wholesaler. Prior to Resource, Gian worked as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch. Gian earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance. He holds his FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and is a candidate for the CIMA designation.
