Rena will join marketing and leasing efforts for HALL Park in Frisco, Texas

DALLAS – August 9, 2021 – HALL Group is proud to announce that Rena Padachy has joined the company as Vice President of Leasing. Rena joins Dallas-based HALL Group’s team of Kim Butler and Brad Gibson in the marketing and leasing efforts for HALL Park, a 15-building, 2.2 million-square-foot office development in Frisco, Texas.

Rena brings more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience to HALL Group. Throughout her career, she has marketed and leased more than 25 office buildings ranging in class, size and location.

Prior to joining HALL Group, Rena served as Vice President of Capital Markets at Edge Realty Partners, a leading commercial real estate firm in Dallas. She was previously a Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where she represented over 3.5 million square feet of Class A office product for a multitude of clients.

Today, HALL Park is 90% leased and has more than 200 companies and 10,000 employees in its 162-acre development.
