Kevin Layne recently joined Layne Property Partners (LPP) as Vice President, where he will lead the efforts for new ground up developments and assist in acquisitions and operations. With nearly a decade of commercial real estate development, finance and operations experience, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to LPP. Kevin previously served over 7 years at the Signorelli Company, where he was most recently Sr. Vice President. Prior to the Signorelli Company, Kevin worked at Avison Young in investment sales.

Kevin is excited to join such a fast growing and entrepreneurial company and believes that his diverse development background will bring a positive perspective to LPP.

Layne Property Partners is a Houston-based real estate firm, founded by former Howard Hughes Corp. CEO Paul Layne, that focuses on multi-family and office acquisitions and development.
