Sam Thomas began his career at DDG in 2012; it didn’t take long before Sam’s unique management skills were brought to bear in several of DDG’s largest geographic markets. During this time Sam truly showed his ability to be a Force for Grown when challenged with leading a significant program for a key DDG client throughout both San Antonio and the Dallas Metroplex. After rising to the challenge of these significant milestones, in 2017 Sam was promoted to Houston Business Unit Leader and offered an ownership position in our firm.

Since that time, Sam has continued to grown the Houston branch office into very diverse market sectors across the region. A true believer in the power of a team, his commitment to his profession and client success is bolstered by the strength and dedication instilled in the Houston staff. It is the intangibles displayed in going the extra mile which sets him apart. This success has led Sam to continue his leadership now as a Principal at DDG.
