HOUSTON (AUGUST 25, 2022) – The partners of Dayrise Residential LLC are pleased to announce Gary Fowler has been elected company president. Dayrise Residential is a full-service apartment management, asset management and construction management company.

For the past five years Fowler has served as an exemplary Executive Vice President and CFO. His previous experience includes work with Greystar, The Finger Companies, Arcadian Real Estate Group, Mainspring Partners, Homegate Hospitality and David Weekley Homes.

Fowler has more than 25 years of experience managing multi-million-dollar financial operations; developing and executing strategic business plans; and implementing accounting processes that increase efficiency and enhance profitability. He has in-depth industry experience in real estate, property management, home building, construction and professional services.
