Houston, June 20, 2022 – Colliers welcomes Crystal Kingsbury to the Houston marketing and research team as Marketing Manager, where she will specialize in public relations, digital marketing, company outreach and events.
Kingsbury brings more than ten years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, with expertise in business development, market growth implementation, and management of comprehensive marketing campaigns which integrate content creation, public relations, social media, in-person training, and webinar events.
“As Colliers continues to grow, we have put a strategic focus on digital and content marketing, consumer data, and predictive analytics as well as lead generation,” said Colliers Houston Chief Marketing Officer, Crissy Nolen. “We are fortunate to have Crystal join our marketing team and are excited to leverage her expertise in these areas to keep building the Colliers brand.”
Kingsbury has served in various marketing and training roles throughout the Houston and Austin area. She majored in marketing with an emphasis on English at Southern Nazarene University. She has also maintained industry best practices by creating and spearheading local and statewide training within the real estate sector.
Kingsbury is an active member of the CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Houston chapter, as well as Fort Bend Society of Commercial Realtors. She is also a proud volunteer of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Commercial Exhibits Committee. Within the company, she recently earned certificates in both Commercial Property Marketing and Commercial Property Research through Colliers University.
