Colliers International’s investment team works with national and global institutions and investors to identify, evaluate and select assets that best complement their portfolio, property performance, income goals and risk profiles. Moore brings more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in investment sales of industrial, office, retail and sale leaseback transactions. Moore is a Houston native who graduated from Texas Christian University with a BBA in Finance – Real Estate. Prior to joining Colliers, he was an Investment Sales Director at Stan Johnson Company representing buyers and sellers of net leased assets. Having transacted close to half a billion in investment sales, Moore was recognized for his professional accomplishments as a Top 10 Producer and received the Sales Excellence Award. “Todd is an exceptional individual.
