CBRE Promotes Two CRE Brokers in El Paso

CBRE announced the promotions of two brokers in their El Paso office. Arturo De la Mora earned a promotion to first vice president and Rebecca Rojas was elevated to vice president. De la Mora joined CBRE in 2014 as an associate and has established himself as a leader in the El Paso industrial commercial real estate market, representing developers, institutions, and corporate clients in the leasing of industrial properties. Born in El Paso and raised in Cuidad Juárez, De la Mora served six years in the U.S. Marine Corps and received his bachelor’s degree and MBA from The University of Texas at El Paso. De la Mora is also a member of the Marine’s Boxing Hall of Fame. Rojas has been with CBRE since 2010 following the acquisition of TeamNAFTA, a former CBRE affiliate, and has been in the real estate industry in El Paso since the mid-1990s. She has become a significant part of CBRE’s retail and office practice in El Paso and currently focuses primarily on retail and office tenant representation and investment sales in the El Paso and West Texas.
