SARAH BLACKBURN

As CEO of Bspoke Title Holdings, Mrs. Blackburn brings over 20 years of experience in a career that has concentrated on the title industry and corporate law. She has overseen the opening of many title agencies across Texas which has led to the creation of Bspoke Title Holdings. Her experience and legal expertise enabled her to capitalize on growth opportunities and to effectively manage the corporate structure, profitability, and the title and escrow operations for each agency. This experience will position Bspoke Title Holdings to implement this platform under her leadership across the U.S.

JOHN MAGNESS

As Chairman of Bspoke Title Holdings, Magness brings over 30 years of top executive title industry experience. Magness most recently served as an Executive Vice President at Fidelity National Financial, Group President at Stewart Title in charge of all U.S. direct operations, and as President of Old Republic Title Companies where he led all revenue-producing efforts for direct and agency operations, commercial operations, technical service operations and all entities in the title group. Magness will oversee all expansion, growth and acquisition opportunities for BSpoke Title Holdings across the U.S.

PATRICIA RISSANEN

As President of Bspoke Title Holdings, Ms. Rissanen brings over 20 years of real estate and title industry experience. She has served in a leadership role for 3 of the top 4 underwriters in the U.S. and most recently served as Senior Division President at Stewart Title. Her business acumen and industry expertise have created a remarkable structure to capitalize on available synergies and expense management, which will allow for profitable multi-state growth across the platform. She will be responsible for onboarding and management processes of the company’s current operations and future acquisitions across the U.S.

MICHAEL NEARY, JR.

As CFO/CIO and Executive Vice President of Bspoke Title Holdings, Neary brings over 15 years of investment and real estate development experience. In addition to his financial analyst background, he also served as President of Sentinel Title Company serving commercial markets in Dallas and New York City, responsible for all facets of the operations, including, sales, marketing, escrow operations, as well as financial and regulatory compliance. His ability to evaluate and assess the future multi-state acquisition opportunities will guide and serve the BSpoke Title Holdings executive team.

BRITT NAPONIC

As General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Bspoke Title Holdings, Ms. Naponic brings over 16 years of experience in managing claims and corporate litigation across the U.S. Her extensive expertise in creating internal scalable processes serves our family of companies, streamlining backend tasks to deliver faster results and efficient outcomes while maintaining precise legal compliance. Her ability to anticipate problems and bring resolution is a skill that will help lead our executive decision-making process. As General Counsel, she will focus on supporting our executive team and our platform across the U.S.
