Andrew Stauch Promoted to Project Manager and Partner at CPM Texas

Andrew Stauch is a native Austinite with over 10 years of commercial construction management experience in the Austin market. Prior to joining CPM, Andrew was a Project Manager at The Beck Group and worked on such notable projects as Aquila Commercial’s 2010 E 6th Street urban infill office building, Trammell Crow’s 500 West 2nd high-rise office building, and the University of Texas NHB Experimental Sciences Building. Currently, Andrew is working on projects such as the Travis County North Campus, the Texas Association of Counties and the Indigo Ridge development. His management approach emphasizes an integrated mindset to align the interests of all team members and maximize positive outcomes. Andrew graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science and a Minor in Business Administration. He was a member of the Young Men’s Business League (YMBL) of Austin, where he served on the Board of Directors in several Chair and VP roles. He also coached baseball at Western Hills Little League – where he, too, was once a young ballplayer. Andrew is a current member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), in which he is currently involved in the RECA Leadership Development Council (LDC) Program. Away from the office, Andrew is an outdoorsman at heart. He also enjoys traveling, working out in his garage gym, snow skiing, water skiing, and being an Uncle to his niece and nephew.
